We are seeking passionate, energetic and caring Support Workers who truly love what they do. In return we will pay you based on your level of skill and experience.
Own It - How we get the job done
As a Support Worker with Lifestyle Solutions, you will be required to:
- Help customers engage with their local communities, culture and recreational activities
- Assist with and coach independent life skills such as cooking & cleaning
- Provide a high level of personal care
- Administer medication and adhere to support plans
- Complete clear, concise and factual handover notes and incident reports
Make It Matter - What you will bring to make a difference in other's lives
- Strong communication skills
- Current drivers licence (Mandatory requirement)
- Current Yellow Card (or be willing to obtain)
- Current First Aid Certificate, HLTAID003
- Formal qualifications in Disability, Community Services or Welfare will be advantageous
- Be willing to be on call for shifts which include, morning, afternoon, evening, sleepover and weekend shifts
- Previous experience supporting people with a range of behavioural concerns and needs
