- Approximately 30 Hours Per Week - 24/7 Roster
We are seeking passionate, energetic and caring Support Workers who truly love what they do. Based in our Supported Independent Living service based in the Cleveland area, the support workers will be supporting a male customer with complex ASD behavioural needs.

As a Support Worker with Lifestyle Solutions, you will be required to:
- Help customers engage with their local communities, culture and recreational activities
- Assist with and coach independent life skills such as cooking & cleaning
- Provide a high level of personal care
- Administer medication and adhere to support plans
- Complete clear, concise and factual handover notes and incident reports

Make It Matter - What you will bring to make a difference in other's lives
- Strong communication skills
- Current drivers licence (Mandatory requirement)
- Current Yellow Card (or be willing to obtain)
- Current First Aid Certificate, HLTAID003
- Formal qualifications in Disability, Community Services or Welfare will be advantageous
- Be willing to be on call for shifts which include, morning, afternoon, evening, sleepover and weekend shifts
- Previous experience supporting people with a range of behavioural concerns and needs
- TCI training will be highly regarded with preference given to those applicants who have completed this training
